Instrument Principle:
When monochromatic light passes through the measured solution, its energy is absorbed. The intensity of light absorption is proportional to the concentration of the substance being measured, in accordance with Lambert-Beer's Law: A = log(1/T) = log(I₀/I) = a × b × c.
