Detailed Introduction

Scope of Application:

  The luminaire complies with GB/T15211-2013 "Environmental Requirements and Test Methods for Security Alarm Equipment", GB/T4208-2017 "Degrees of Protection Provided by Enclosures (IP Code)", and GB 26755-2011 "Firefighting Mobile Lighting Luminaires", and meets the GB 3836 explosion-proof standard. It is mainly suitable for small-scale construction, maintenance, emergency rescue, and emergency lighting in flammable and explosive environments such as oil refineries, chemical plants, and oil fields.

Performance Features:

（1）The lamp head and housing are made of aluminum alloy through one-time die-casting, with the housing in black; the luminaire features strong light, weak light, and floodlight functions; lightweight, with an overall weight of 6kg, it can be carried by hand, slung over the shoulder, or transported easily.

（2）Multifunctional, the lifting pole uses a quick-lock structure, which can be extended to 1.2 meters for fixed lighting or folded for use as a searchlight.

（3）Flexible and convenient, the lamp head can rotate 360° horizontally and adjust 135° vertically, allowing for any lighting direction adjustment. It is equipped with a battery level indicator function for real-time power monitoring.

（4）High brightness, with a luminous flux of >4600lm, strong light illuminance at 5 meters ≥1400lx, and strong light illuminance at 50 meters ≥35lx.

（5）The color temperature range of the lighting source is 5000K-7000K.

（6）Multiple lighting modes, including spotlight, floodlight, ultra-strong lighting, and red/yellow warning lights, meeting the lighting needs of various environments.

（7）High explosion-proof rating: Ex de ib mb IIC T6 Gb, ensuring safe use in various flammable and explosive environments.

（8）High protection rating: overall IP66 protection, resistant to 1m drops, and reliable for use in various rain and snow conditions.

（9）Insulation resistance: insulation resistance between live terminals and the housing ≥20MΩ.

（10）Withstand voltage performance: the luminaire can withstand a withstand voltage test with a frequency of 50Hz AC voltage for 60 seconds.

（11）Temperature resistance: after 2 hours of testing at -25°C, the luminaire can normally turn on/off and switch between strong and weak light; after 2 hours of testing at 55°C, the luminaire can normally turn on/off and switch between strong and weak light.

（12）Vibration resistance: the luminaire can withstand vibration tests in X, Y, and Z directions with a frequency cycle of 10–150Hz and an acceleration amplitude of 1g. After testing, the luminaire can normally turn on/off and switch between strong and weak light.
