Properties:

White monoclinic crystalline powder, odorless and tasteless, soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, slightly soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol. Relative density is 2.32, stable in air, begins to lose water at 75°C to form calcium hydrogen phosphate.

Uses:

Used in the food industry as a leavening agent, dough conditioner, buffer, nutritional supplement, stabilizer, emulsifier, etc. For example, as a leavening agent for flour, cakes, pastries, and baked goods, a compound bread improver, and a fried food improver. Also used in biscuits, milk powder, cold drinks, and ice cream powder as a nutritional supplement or quality improver.

Packaging:

Lined with polyethylene plastic bags, packaged in composite paper-plastic woven bags, net weight 25 kg per bag.

This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and clean warehouse. Handle with care during loading and transportation to prevent packaging damage, moisture, and heat exposure.
