TC-20M Manual Adhesion Tester

The TC-20M Manual Adhesion Tester is an intelligent adhesion testing instrument newly developed by our company with reference to similar foreign products. It performs pull-off tests on coatings of specific areas through hydraulic pressure. The pull-off force can be accurately displayed via a digital display, with two different unit options: MPa and psi. This instrument features simple operation, precise data, low maintenance costs, and affordable consumables. It is widely used for adhesion testing of coatings on concrete substrates, anti-corrosion coatings, or between different layers in multi-coating systems.

Product Features:
■ Manual Adhesion Tester comes standard with a Micro-USB interface. When connected to a computer, the instrument functions like a USB drive, allowing direct copying of stored test data without the need for any software installation, making it simple and convenient to use;

■ Complies with GB/T 5210, ASTM D4541/D7234, ISO 4624/16276-1, and other standards;

■ The machine has a built-in real-time clock, and all saved data include corresponding test dates and times, facilitating users in summarizing and managing test data;

■ Provides pull-off dolly sizes of 10, 14, 20, and 50mm for products with different bonding strengths, expanding the instrument's functionality and resolution;

■ Internally stores pull-off data, including maximum pull-off force, pull-off rate, test time, and pull-off dolly size; pull-off rate display makes it easier for operators to observe and adjust the pull-off rate, complying with international standard test methods;

■ Simply press a button to select the pull-off unit size, change the measurement unit, or store readings.
