The portable infrared gas analyzer TY-6330P adopts internationally advanced NDIR non-dispersive infrared technology, mainly used to measure the volume concentration of six gases including CO, CH4, CO2, H2, O2, and CnHm in various coal gases and biogas.
Developed by Wuhan Tianyu Zhikong, the portable infrared gas analyzer features high measurement accuracy, simple structure, convenient maintenance, powerful software functions, strong expandability, and excellent on-site practicality. It is currently popular both domestically and internationally.
5. Advantages and Features
(1) Black anodized finish, fashionable appearance, strong technological feel, lightweight instrument, compact size, dimensions only 133mm*150mm*270mm.
(2) Uses fully imported sensors. The instrument employs fully imported NDIR non-dispersive infrared sensors for high measurement accuracy.
(3) Added over-range limit enable function. When measuring the volume concentration of CO, CH4, CO2, H2, O2, and CnHm in gases, the over-range limit enable function is added to ensure measurement accuracy within the range, and over-range measurement is possible, providing reference measurement values.
(4) Automatic correction of internal gas interference ensures interference-free measurement results.

(6) Intelligent judgment. The instrument has an intelligent judgment function for user calibration gas concentration, preventing user misoperation that could render the instrument unusable.
(7) Fast detection time, the entire detection process can be completed within 1 minute.
(8) Automatic sampling, analysis, and detection by the instrument. Compared to gas analysis methods like Orsat and chromatography, it is simple to operate, has fast measurement speed, and uses no consumables.
(9) Simple device operation, easy to carry, personnel can operate it after on-site training.
(10) Diverse application scenarios for the device. Suitable for direct sampling testing at industrial site pipelines and for laboratory gas bag sampling analysis.
(11) Intelligent battery power management. Soft start power switch, built-in lithium battery, intelligent battery power management, low battery alarm, preventing the instrument from operating under low power conditions.
(12) Chinese and English software operating systems can be freely switched.
(13) Powerful instrument software functions, including automatic data storage, query, deletion, USB export, etc. Historical data storage site names can be customized (supports Chinese input), and measurement data storage time intervals can be custom set.
(14) Equipped with RS-485 digital output interface.
(15) Built-in imported sampling pump, with display and set sampling flow function, sampling pump status can be dynamically tuned to meet various pressure condition field tests.
(16) Can connect to external pretreatment devices to increase on-site measurement accuracy and protect the instrument.
(17) Modular design of the instrument, software version can be upgraded remotely.
