PVC anti-gravel coating (also known as anti-chip coating or chassis armor coating) is a thick paste-like coating that provides resistance to gravel impact and sealing protection. It is commonly used on the underside of automobile bodies, fenders, and other areas to prevent damage caused by impacts from gravel, sand, and debris during driving. It is also applied to welded seams and joints of automotive metal parts for sealing and anti-corrosion purposes.
PVC anti-gravel underbody coating, also referred to as polyvinyl chloride coating, is a high-solid, solvent-free coating composed of polyvinyl chloride resin, plasticizers, fillers, pigments, adhesion promoters, stabilizers, and other additives. It is a viscous paste with a solid content of over 95% (volatile content less than 5%).
