TNQW-2 Large Pipeline Internal Wall Spraying Machine

The TNQW-2 pipeline internal wall spraying machine utilizes our company's pneumatic host to pump and deliver paint to the spraying machine. Simultaneously, the front-end swing rod of the spraying machine drives the nozzle to rotate, spraying paint onto the internal wall of the pipeline. During construction, a metal wire is used to hook onto the machine body and pull it backward at a uniform speed to achieve spraying of the entire pipe.

II. TNQW-2 Large Pipeline Internal Wall Spraying Machine Features:

1. Wide range of suitable pipe diameters. The standard model can be used for internal wall spraying of pipes with inner diameters of 300-1200mm. Customized improved models for pipe diameters up to 1800mm are available.

2. The spraying machine uses a pneumatic switch, enabling remote control of the spraying switch.

3. The switch needle valve of the spraying machine is positioned close to the nozzle, allowing for quick response of the switch and avoiding paint dripping after the rear switch is closed.

4. A separate control box is configured to manage the switch air circuit and the selection air circuit of the swing rod, making operation more convenient.

III. Matching Pneumatic Host:

Matching our company's CYW series pneumatic host (safe and explosion-proof, does not heat up during prolonged use), suitable for different types of paint.

IV. Application Range:

The TNQW-2 pipeline internal wall spraying machine is suitable for anti-corrosion coating of internal walls of large-diameter oil pipelines, gas transmission pipelines, and drinking water pipelines. It is widely used in large pipeline projects such as the West-East Gas Transmission and South-to-North Water Diversion.
