I. Introduction to Airless Spraying:

Airless spraying refers to a spraying method where the main unit pressurizes the liquid material, transports it through the material hose to the nozzle, and the liquid material is atomized into paint mist by the nozzle and sprayed onto the workpiece surface. Because the liquid material is atomized under high pressure and does not need to mix with compressed air, this differs from traditional air spraying, hence it is called airless spraying.

The main components of airless spraying equipment include the main pump, high-pressure material hose, spray gun, and nozzle. Customers can also optionally equip a mixer and stainless steel material bucket.
