CYW46 Pneumatic Airless Sprayer

Airless spraying refers to a spraying method where the main unit pressurizes the liquid material, transports it through the material hose to the nozzle, and the liquid material is atomized by the nozzle into paint mist, which is then sprayed onto the workpiece surface. Since the liquid material is atomized under high pressure and does not require mixing with compressed air, it differs from traditional air spraying and is therefore called airless spraying.

The main components of airless spraying equipment include the main pump, high-pressure material hose, spray gun, and nozzle. Customers can also optionally equip it with a mixer and stainless steel material bucket.

I. Characteristics of Airless Spraying:

1. Since compressed air is not required for atomization, the liquid material is concentrated, with minimal rebound and splashing. Compared to air spraying, it can save 30%-50% of paint.

2. The coating efficiency of airless spraying is three times higher than air spraying and more than ten times higher than brush coating.

3. Airless spraying can achieve a thicker coating film, reduce the number of spraying passes, improve coating efficiency, and is suitable for large-area, thick-coating spraying applications.

4. During spraying, the rebound and splashing of liquid material are minimal, improving the working environment and reducing contamination for operators, making it more environmentally friendly compared to air spraying.

5. It can spray higher-viscosity liquid materials, requiring less diluent, thereby reducing VOC emissions.

6. Among them, pneumatic airless sprayers use compressed air as the power source, are explosion-proof, do not overheat during prolonged continuous operation, and have a low maintenance rate.

Airless spraying equipment comes in various models and can be selected based on the following three aspects:

1. Selection based on coating characteristics. First, consider the viscosity of the coating. For higher-viscosity coatings, choose equipment with a high pressure ratio or equipped with a heating device.
