The JCVF vortex flowmeter measures the volume flow, standard condition volume flow, or mass flow of gases, steam, or liquids based on the Karman vortex principle. It can also serve as a flow transmitter in automated control systems. This instrument employs advanced differential technology, combined with isolation and filtering measures, overcoming issues such as poor shock resistance and small signal data disorder found in similar products. II. Working Principle of Xiamen Jingchuan Shares JCVF Vortex Flowmeter:
The vortex flowmeter consists of a vortex generator designed within the flow field, a detection probe, and corresponding electronic circuits. When fluid flows past the vortex generator, alternating rows of vortices form on both sides, known as Karman vortex streets. Based on Karman vortex street theory, Strouhal further proposed that the frequency of the Karman vortex street is proportional to the fluid velocity and provided the relationship between frequency and velocity: f

These alternating vortices create a series of alternating negative pressures that act on the detection probe, generating a series of alternating electrical signals.
