I. Product Overview and Core Advantages
The XG-20 series high-temperature anti-decarburization coating for billets is a composite water-based slurry composed of nano-micro inorganic mineral powders and high-temperature bonding additives. It is uniformly sprayed onto the billet surface, forming a dense isolation protective layer at high temperatures. The uniqueness of this coating lies in its dual protective mechanism, making it excellent in anti-decarburization and easy descaling.
• Efficient Anti-Decarburization: The coating effectively isolates oxidizing atmospheres, inhibiting the loss of carbon elements on the billet surface. Within the heating temperature range of 950°C to 1,250°C, the coating can reduce decarburization layer depth by more than 50%. For specific steel grades and production environments, the full decarburization layer can even be reduced by over 90%, ensuring product surface performance.
• Easy Descaling Feature: Unlike traditional coatings, XG-202 can modify the structure of the iron oxide scale, causing it to automatically peel off after cooling or be easily removed under high-pressure water. This significantly simplifies the descaling process, reduces subsequent grinding intensity, and thereby improves production efficiency.

The XG-20 series adopts a dual-component packaging form with powder and liquid. The liquid component is packaged in plastic barrels, and the powder component is packaged in plastic barrels or waterproof paper bags.
• Storage Requirements: Store the product in a dry, ventilated, cool, and low-temperature (≤40°C) environment, ensuring the packaging containers remain sealed.
• Packaging Specifications: After mixing, each set is available in 20kg, 30kg, or 50kg specifications, and can also be customized according to user-specific needs.
