I. Product Overview
An environmentally friendly aqueous slurry composed of minerals, metallurgical ore powder, inorganic industrial powders, and high-temperature composite binders. Applied to metal surfaces before hot processing such as forging, rolling, and heat treatment, it forms a dense coating after sintering at high temperatures. No harmful gases are released during the process, and it does not affect the surface composition of the steel ingot. The coating is self-peeling, reducing scale and decarburization layer formation during hot processing, lowering cold processing allowance, improving yield, and ensuring good surface quality. Mainly suitable for alloy structural steel, mold steel, high-temperature alloys, titanium alloys, and other materials.

III. Storage and Packaging
1. The product is stored separately as powder and liquid, with a shelf life of 12 months for the powder and 3 months for the liquid.
2. Prepared slurry should be stored sealed in a cool place after use, with a shelf life of 7 days. It must be stirred evenly before use.
3. Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool place. Packaging containers must remain sealed.
4. Packaging: Powder and liquid are packaged separately, used as a two-component system (slurry ratio by weight: powder to liquid 1:0.6-0.7). Liquid is packaged in plastic buckets, powder in plastic buckets or waterproof paper bags. Specifications after mixing: 20/30/50kg or as per customer requirements.
