The 260-degree high-temperature high-efficiency air filter is primarily used to filter particles such as tar, soot, and dust generated in pharmaceutical high-temperature sterilization tunnels or high-temperature drying ovens. It mainly consists of an outer frame, filter paper, protective mesh, and sealing strips.
260-Degree High-Temperature Resistant High-Efficiency Filter Applicable Locations:
1. High-cleanliness environments such as aerospace, electronics, semiconductors, wafers, biopharmaceuticals, hospitals, and food processing.
2. Terminal ends of air conditioning and ventilation systems (final filtration and hot air high-temperature ovens or baking equipment).
3. Clean working environments with high-temperature requirements at the terminal end, such as hospital operating rooms, biopharmaceutical facilities, laboratories, circuit boards, microelectronics, optics, LED optoelectronics, and QS food processing or purification equipment.

Precautions for Using the 260-Degree High-Temperature Resistant High-Efficiency Filter:
1. Filtration Efficiency of High-Temperature High-Efficiency Filters
Due to the physical characteristics of the adhesives used (poor fluidity), such as red high-temperature silicone resistant to 260°C and black high-temperature inorganic adhesive resistant to 350-400°C, the actual filtration efficiency of a 250°C H13 high-temperature high-efficiency filter ranges between H12 and H13, while that of a 350-400°C H13 high-temperature high-efficiency filter ranges between H11 and H12.
2. Precautions Before Using High-Temperature High-Efficiency Filters
Since the silicone and inorganic adhesives used in high-temperature high-efficiency filters cure from the surface inward, the thicker the adhesive layer, the more difficult it is to cure. Under normal conditions, the curing time for the adhesive is 3-7 days. If a high-temperature high-efficiency filter that has not fully cured is directly installed in high-temperature equipment for normal use, it may lead to issues such as cracking, expansion, or detachment of the high-temperature adhesive from the outer frame.
