First Stage: Crushing

The dolomite ore is fed into a jaw crusher for crushing to produce powder particles that meet the feed size requirements of the grinding mill, preparing for the grinding process.

Second Stage: Grinding

The crushed material is lifted to a storage hopper and then fed into the main chamber of the grinding mill for grinding. Due to the rolling of the grinding roller, the material is further pulverized into the desired fineness.

Third Stage: Classification

The ground powder is carried by the airflow from the fan to the classifier above the main unit of the grinding mill, where it is classified into different grades.

Fourth Stage: Collection

Powder that meets the specifications is collected and discharged through the powder outlet pipe, becoming the finished dolomite powder. Powder that does not meet the standards is sent back into the main unit for regrinding, repeating the cycle until the required fineness is achieved.
