Zhongji Chengyue Series Grinding Mill Empowers the Land of Shanxi

Amid the birdsong and cicada chirps, with lush greenery everywhere, in the scorching heat of July, a desulfurization grinding production line built by Zhongji Industrial was successfully put into operation in Qinyuan, Shanxi. This production line adopts the wet limestone desulfurization process, achieving a fineness of 325 mesh with 90% pass rate, effectively addressing the issue of excessively high sulfur dioxide emissions from the customer's coal-fired power plant.

The customer is a large power plant under the Shanxi Mingyuan Energy Group. To comply with national environmental protection requirements, they undertook desulfurization improvements. After extensive research and consultations, the customer ultimately chose to collaborate with our company among numerous manufacturers, purchasing and installing our flagship star product, the European-style high-pressure grinding mill YGMQ1800. This equipment is used to process limestone with a particle size of less than 30mm. After using Zhongji Industrial's desulfurization grinding production line, the final product fineness and output have met the customer's expectations, enabling the plant's production conditions to fully comply with national environmental protection standards.

Project Configuration

The process and configuration of this limestone desulfurization grinding production line are as follows: variable frequency belt feeder + European-style high-pressure grinding mill YGMQ1800 + pulse dust collector + fan + pneumatic conveying equipment. The desulfurization production line is rationally laid out, with stable equipment operation. The finished product meets the customer's desulfurization process requirements, and exhaust emissions comply with local environmental standards. The customer reported achieving economic benefits beyond expectations and expressed great satisfaction with our equipment and services, planning to add two more production lines in the future.

Prior to the equipment's commissioning, our technical personnel and engineers visited the project site, conducted detailed surveys, and provided thorough explanations and communications with the customer, covering the equipment's performance characteristics, operating guidelines, precautions, and maintenance techniques to ensure the smooth operation of the production line. Follow-up visits were also conducted regularly to ensure normal on-site operation and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

Over the years, flue gas emissions from thermal power plants have accounted for about half of China's total sulfur dioxide emissions.
