The Zhongji Frame Crusher Line has been successfully installed in Xi'an.

The frame-type crushing station is a crushing equipment developed by Zhongji Industrial in response to market demands, integrating modern technological processes. It consists of a feeder, crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, main frame, and other components. The main equipment can be switched and combined according to actual conditions to meet various customer needs.

Quartz, also known as silica, is a mineral resource with highly stable physical and chemical properties. It is one of the most widely distributed minerals on the Earth's surface, primarily composed of silicon dioxide. It is colorless, transparent, and has a hard texture. After crushing, quartz is widely used in industries such as glass, casting, ceramics and refractory materials, metallurgy, construction, chemicals, electronics, aerospace, jewelry, plastics, rubber, and abrasives.

Recently, a frame-type crushing production line built by Zhongji Industrial was completed and installed in Xi'an. This project adopts a two-stage crushing process with closed-circuit return screening. The processed material is quartz, with an output of 150 tons per hour, and the finished product size after crushing is below 100mm. The production line was entirely planned and designed by Zhongji Industrial, fully considering the customer's site conditions. The jaw-type modular crushing station produced by Zhongji Industrial was selected, and the installation of the main equipment was completed in just three days. The entire production line features reasonable process design, compact layout, high efficiency, energy savings, intelligence, and environmental friendliness!

Based on the customer's actual conditions, we configured a primary crushing equipment—jaw-type frame station—and a secondary modular crushing station. Quartz raw material is transported by a vibrating feeder to the jaw-type frame crushing station for coarse crushing. After screening, unqualified materials enter the secondary crushing station for further processing. The materials after secondary crushing are sent to a vibrating screen for screening, where particles larger than 100mm are returned to the secondary crushing station for reprocessing. The final output is finished aggregate with a size below 100mm.

The jaw-type frame crushing station is a mobile frame-type crushing station specifically launched to meet customer needs for site mobility, rapid commissioning, and operational characteristics. Its frame is made of high-quality thickened steel, with a production capacity of up to 600 tons per hour. It offers advantages such as low investment cost, fast relocation and commissioning, flexible combination, and strong adaptability. It can be applied in fields such as metal ores, non-metallic ores, metallurgical solid waste refractory materials, and chemical raw materials.
