Excellent Material: The pump body is made of polypropylene, offering excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for conveying various corrosive fluids. The diaphragm is made of Teflon/Santoprene (PTFE/Santoprene), providing good flexibility and chemical resistance.
Reliable Performance: Both working fluid pressure and working air pressure are 100psi (0.69Mpa, 6.9bar), with a free flow rate of 49.2lpm (13gpm) and a displacement per cycle of 0.15 liters (0.04 gallons), meeting the flow requirements of various industrial applications. Its patented "unbalanced" air valve design ensures stall-free operation, allowing stable performance even under complex working conditions.
Strong Conveying Capability: Capable of conveying a wide range of fluids, from low to high viscosity, and from corrosive to viscous fluids. It can handle fluids with solid particles up to 2.4mm (3/32'') in diameter. The dry suction height is 3m (10ft), providing adaptability to different installation heights and conveying conditions.
