Colored Stone Metal Tile

I. Structure and Process 

1. Base Material: 0.4-0.6 mm aluminum-zinc (or aluminum-zinc-magnesium) coated steel plate, containing 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon, with corrosion resistance 2-6 times that of ordinary galvanized steel. 

2. Adhesive Layer: Acrylic resin ensures a strong bond between the steel plate and colored sand. 

3. Colored Sand Layer: High-temperature sintered natural basalt particles, with a particle size of 0.8-1.2 mm, available in 10-15 solid or gradient colors, fade-resistant and UV-resistant. 

4. Surface Protection: Transparent weather-resistant acrylic resin topcoat further enhances weather resistance, anti-fouling, and noise reduction properties.
