Colored Stone Metal Tiles are a new type of roofing material made from an aluminum-zinc-coated steel plate as the base material, with a surface covered by colored sintered sand grains and an acrylic resin protective layer. They combine the strength of metal with the aesthetic appeal of natural stone, making them one of the mainstream high-end roofing solutions internationally.
I. Basic Composition
1. Base Material: Aluminum-zinc-coated steel plate composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon, with a corrosion resistance lifespan 2–6 times that of ordinary galvanized steel plates.
2. Anti-fingerprint Coating: Transparent or light green, protecting the aluminum-zinc layer and enhancing adhesion to the colored sand.
3. Colored Stone Grains: Basalt particles colored through high-temperature sintering, available in over ten colors, offering UV resistance and reducing rain noise.
4. Acrylic Resin: Firmly bonds the colored sand to the steel plate and forms a surface sealing layer, preventing water leakage and aging.
