Zhejiang Dachuan New Materials Co., Ltd. is a technology-based joint-stock company integrating R&D, production, operation, and export. Located in the Changxing County Economic and Technological Development Zone, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, it covers an area of over 130 acres and currently employs more than 150 people. The company is a pioneer in China in the successful R&D and industrial production of dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride cationic monomers and water-soluble polymer polymers. It has undertaken multiple national key technological and Torch Program projects and has received numerous government awards for scientific and technological progress. Its products mainly include seven categories: cationic monomers, water treatment auxiliaries, daily cosmetic auxiliaries, textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries, paper chemical auxiliaries, oilfield chemical auxiliaries, and mineral processing series auxiliaries. It has achieved an annual production capacity of 40,000 tons of cationic monomers and 40,000 tons of water-soluble polymer flocculants. Products are exported to the United States, Southeast Asia, Africa, and other countries and regions.

February 1999: Established Hangzhou Yinhu Chemical Co., Ltd. in Hangzhou

March 2008: Established Zhejiang Dachuan New Materials Co., Ltd. in Huzhou

June 2015: Through share reform, listed on the New Third Board, renamed Zhejiang Dachuan New Materials Co., Ltd., stock name: Dachuan New Materials, stock code: 834193. Hangzhou Yinhu Chemical Co., Ltd. is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Dachuan New Materials Co., Ltd.

April 2004: Obtained the Torch Program project certificate for 1000 tons/year of polydimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride

April 2012: Obtained the Intertek Green Leaf Certificate, an internationally recognized green pass for the textile industry

March 2013: Passed the National Quality Management System Certification

July 2013: Obtained the U.S. NSF Certificate, an internationally recognized certificate for food safety and drinking water safety

2015: Received the China Quality Credit AAA-Level Unit Honor Certificate

December 2015: Passed the EU REACH Certification, a pass for chemicals entering the EU market

December 2019: Received the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress awarded by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation

June 2023: Obtained Environmental Management System Certification and Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification
