Working Principle of the Grinding Disperser: The grinding disperser is driven by a motor via belt transmission, which rotates the rotating teeth (or rotor) and the matching stationary teeth (or stator) at high speeds relative to each other. The processed material, through its own weight or external pressure (which can be generated by a pump), creates a downward spiral impact force. When passing through the gap between the colloid mill's stationary and rotating teeth (the gap is adjustable), the material is subjected to strong shear forces, friction, high-frequency vibrations, and other physical actions, effectively emulsifying, dispersing, and pulverizing the material to achieve ultra-fine grinding and emulsification effects.
