The GM2000 series is particularly suitable for the production of colloidal solutions, ultra-fine suspensions, and emulsions. In addition to high rotational speed and flexibly adjustable rotor-stator gap, it operates under friction conditions, also known as wet grinding (Note: It must be wet grinding with a water content of 150% or higher). There is a wide inlet gap and a narrow outlet gap between the conical rotor and stator. During operation, the eccentric movement of the dispersion head creates vortices in the solution, thereby achieving better grinding and dispersion effects. The entire machine adopts geometrically structured grinding rotors and stators, medical-grade surface treatment, and high-quality materials, meeting diverse needs across various industries.
【Equipment Working Principle】
Under the high-speed rotation of the motor, materials directly enter the high-shear crushing zone from the inlet. Through a special crushing device, large agglomerates, sticky lumps, and clusters in the fluid are rapidly broken down. They are then drawn into the shear crushing zone, where intense friction and grinding occur due to the high-speed cutting between the rotor blades and stator blades in a very narrow working passage. Under mechanical motion and centrifugal force, the finely crushed materials are pressed back into the precision grinding zone for further grinding. The precision grinding zone is divided into three stages, with each outer stage having higher grinding precision, smaller tooth gaps, and longer linear speeds, resulting in progressively finer materials. Simultaneously, the fluid gradually extends radially in a curved path. At each stage, the direction and speed of the fluid change instantaneously, undergoing tens of millions of high-speed shearing, intense friction, extrusion grinding, and particle crushing actions per minute. After passing through the three precision grinding zones and undergoing tens of millions of high-speed shearing and grinding actions, the molecular chains of the liquid material break, particles are crushed, and liquid droplets are torn apart, achieving thorough dispersion, crushing, emulsification, homogenization, and refinement. The minimum fineness of the liquid material can reach 0.5μm.
I. Powerful Work Efficiency
1.Ultra-High Rotational Speed: This colloid mill grinder can reach speeds of up to 14,000 rpm, significantly improving efficiency compared to ordinary industrial colloid mills with speeds of 0–3,000 rpm. High-speed operation allows materials to undergo intensive processing in a short time, greatly shortening the production cycle. For example, in the food industry for producing fruit juices and jams, it quickly refines fruit pulp particles, efficiently transforming raw materials into smooth jams.
2.Precise Rotor-Stator Gap: The rotor-stator gap can be precisely adjusted to 0.2–0.3 mm, combined with a linear speed of up to 41 m/s. Materials passing through experience ultra-high shear rates, resulting in extremely intense shearing and grinding actions between the rotor and stator. This refines materials to very small particle sizes, with the minimum fineness of the liquid material reaching 0.5μm, meeting stringent requirements for product fineness. For instance, in cosmetics production, it uniformly disperses and refines various raw materials to produce skincare products with fine texture and smooth application.
3.Unique Work Chamber Design: The work chamber adopts a jacketed design, cleverly ensuring that the medium in the jacket does not come into contact with the materials. In the chemical industry, when producing temperature-sensitive products such as certain special resins, precise temperature control during material processing is achieved by circulating a suitable temperature heat or cold medium through the jacket, ensuring stable product quality.
4.Efficient Workflow: Materials enter from the inlet and first enter the high-shear crushing zone. Equipped with a special crushing device, this zone instantly breaks down large agglomerates, sticky lumps, and clusters in the fluid. The crushed materials are then drawn into the shear crushing zone. In this very narrow working passage, high-speed rotating rotor blades and stationary stator blades cut against each other at high speeds, generating intense friction and grinding effects. Subsequently, under the combined action of mechanical motion and centrifugal force, the initially crushed and refined materials are pressed back into the precision grinding zone. The precision grinding zone is divided into three stages, with progressively higher grinding precision, smaller tooth gaps, and longer linear speeds toward the outer stages. Here, materials undergo tens of millions of high-speed shearing, intense friction, extrusion grinding, and particle crushing actions, thoroughly achieving dispersion, crushing, emulsification, homogenization, and refinement.

1.Unique Rotor-Stator Structure: The rotor and stator are meticulously designed into conical shapes with finely graded three-stage serrated protrusions and grooves. This unique design ensures that materials experience varying degrees of shearing and extrusion at different depths and flow channel spaces during passage, further improving grinding uniformity and efficiency while ensuring consistent product quality.
