Easy maintenance. Concerns about pore clogging are unnecessary—the permeable paving system can be easily resolved with high-pressure water washing.

Durability. Permeable pavement offers better wear resistance than asphalt, approaching the durability of standard pavement, and avoids the short lifespan and economic drawbacks of typical permeable bricks.

High permeability. With a porosity of 15%-25%, permeable pavement allows water penetration at a rate of 31-52 liters per square meter per hour, far exceeding the drainage rate of effective rainfall under standard configurations.

High heat dissipation. The material’s low density (15%-25% voids) reduces heat storage capacity. The porous structure allows cooler underground temperatures to rise to the surface, lowering the overall pavement temperature.
