Product Introduction:

It is an essential component in instrument measurement pipeline systems, primarily including globe valves and ball valves, used to open or cut off pipeline pathways. It features excellent sealing and a long service life. Even if the sealing surface is damaged, only the wearable parts need replacement to continue use. During installation, ensure the medium flow direction aligns with the arrow on the valve body.

The needle valve handle is made of stainless steel, making it durable. It can function as a shut-off valve or regulate medium flow. It is easy to operate and offers good corrosion resistance.

Needle Valve Selection:

For pipeline systems and devices handling low-temperature media, it is advisable to choose low-temperature needle valves with bonnets.

In the pipeline systems of catalytic cracking units in oil refining installations, rising stem needle valves can be selected.

For devices and pipeline systems handling corrosive media such as acids and alkalis in chemical systems, full stainless steel needle valves made of austenitic stainless steel with PTFE valve seat seals are recommended.

For high-temperature media pipeline systems or devices in metallurgical, power, petrochemical, or urban heating systems, metal-to-metal sealed needle valves can be selected.

For flow regulation, needle valves with V-shaped openings, driven by worm gears, pneumatic, or electric actuators, are suitable.

For main oil and natural gas transmission pipelines requiring cleaning and underground burial, full-bore, fully welded needle valves are recommended. For above-ground burial, full-bore welded or flanged ball valves are suitable.

For refined oil transmission pipelines and storage equipment, flanged needle valves are recommended.

For urban gas and natural gas pipelines, flanged or internally threaded needle valves are suitable.

For oxygen pipeline systems in metallurgical systems, needle valves that have undergone strict degreasing treatment with flanged connections are recommended.
