Detailed product description: The float type steam trap consists of a thermostatic air vent, float lever, and valve seat.
Not suitable for superheated steam. Suitable for processes with control valves or solenoid valves at the front end. When the control valve or solenoid valve closes, steam rapidly cools, easily creating a vacuum. A vacuum breaker must be installed to prevent water hammer caused by the sudden opening of the valve due to front-end condensate. All-stainless steel structure, rust-free, suitable for corrosive environments and places with high hygiene requirements. High pressure resistance, simple and elegant appearance. Replaceable parts. Can discharge large amounts of non-condensable gases during startup. Suitable for use with front-end temperature control equipment. Continuous discharge, low noise. Internal water seal blocks steam, effective. Multiple throttle orifice options available to achieve drainage capacity under different pressures. Reacts immediately to condensate. Can drain by gravity when there is a vacuum inside the heat exchanger. Cover pipe threads allow installation of check valves to test the steam trap.

BXF12 and BXF12F feature a double valve seat design for extra large flow. Small diameter series can be equipped with dispersers to reduce water hammer impact.
