AS Type Steam Separator Imported National Standard Cast Steel Stainless Steel is a baffle-type steam separator. This valve is mainly installed on horizontal pipelines, with the drain outlet vertically downward, used to separate liquid droplets contained in steam, compressed air, and various gases. Working Principle:

The separated water droplets accumulate at the bottom of the separator and are discharged through a separately equipped drain valve. The steam separator ensures the dryness of the steam or air used by steam equipment, improves the working efficiency of the steam equipment, and extends the service life of the equipment.

Main Application Range:

In industrial steam treatment, a large amount of water-containing steam enters the XAS7 baffle-type steam separator and moves in a centrifugal downward tilting motion inside. The water entrained in it is separated due to reduced operating speed. The separated water or other liquids are discharged through the drain valve, while dry, clean steam is discharged from the outlet of the steam separator.
