The U11F-16P stainless steel internal thread plunger valve consists of valve body, valve cover, valve stem, plunger, guide, sealing ring, handwheel, and other components. When the handwheel rotates, the valve stem drives the plunger to move up and down reciprocally in the guide sleeve, enabling the inclined conical surface at the plunger end and the valve seat conical surface to complete the valve's opening and closing functions. The plunger globe valve uses an interference fit between the plunger and the sealing ring. By adjusting the pre-tightening force of the center flange bolts, the lateral force generated by the compression of the sealing ring seals the plunger's outer circle with the valve body's inner hole surface, ensuring the valve's sealing performance and eliminating internal leakage. Since the sealing ring is made of a new non-toxic sealing material with strong resilience and high wear resistance, the sealing is reliable and durable, thereby extending the service life of the plunger globe valve.
