The stainless steel vertical check valve is a valve where the disc slides along the centerline of the valve body. The pipeline vertical check valve is a newly developed type of valve, featuring a simple structure, few components, lightweight, and good processing performance. It represents one of the development directions for check valves, although its fluid resistance coefficient is slightly higher than that of swing check valves. Vertical check valves are widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, power, and other industries where preventing medium backflow is necessary. The H42H model can be equipped with or without a spring depending on vertical or horizontal installation conditions.

1. Vertical check valves come in flanged and wafer types, featuring a simple structure, few components, and lightweight. They are primarily used in applications where preventing medium backflow is required.

2. For vertical installation, the vertical check valve may not require a spring, as the disc's own weight and the pressure of the reverse flow medium provide the check function.

Stainless Steel Vertical Check Valve H42H Working Principle:

The H42H series vertical check valve prevents medium backflow and serves as a check mechanism. It remains open when the inlet pressure exceeds the outlet pressure. Under the inlet medium pressure, the disc is pushed open, allowing the valve to open automatically. When the inlet pressure is lower than the outlet pressure, the spring pushes the disc against the seat to close the valve (Note: For horizontal installation, a spring is required; for vertical installation, no spring is needed. The disc closes automatically under its own weight and the pressure of the reverse flow medium).
