I. Structural Features of Throttle Cut-off Blowdown Valve

II. 1. This valve is a new type of throttling, cut-off, and venting product. It uses a cage labyrinth for throttling, providing multi-stage throttling effects, with obvious throttling performance, reliable sealing, and easy operation and maintenance.

III. 2. The valve adopts dual sealing (hard and soft sealing) to ensure reliable sealing. The hard alloy sealing surface is resistant to airflow erosion and wear, and the dual sealing achieves zero leakage under high-pressure gas medium conditions. The valve has a long service life.

IV. 3. The sealing surface of the valve seat uses a tapered design, which helps the valve self-clean dirt attached to the sealing surface.

V. 4. The valve disc is equipped with a balancing hole and piston-type sealing, ensuring stable operation under full pressure difference conditions during opening and closing. It is easy to open and close with low torque.

X. II. Working Principle of Throttle Cut-off Blowdown Valve

XI. 1. Normally closed state: The hard seal of the valve disc presses against the valve seat boss, forming a hard seal. At the same time, the soft seal embedded in the valve disc tightly presses against the valve seat end face, forming a second seal. The dual-seal structure ensures zero leakage. The balancing hole in the valve disc reduces the force on the disc during closing and opening, resulting in low torque for operation.

XII. 2. Throttling and blowdown state: The valve disc seal moves away from the valve seat. Due to the balancing hole, the valve opens very easily. After opening, the medium and impurities in the pipeline flow through the valve sleeve and seat, achieving both throttling and blowdown. The valve disc and seat sealing surfaces use the sleeve bevel to change the flow direction of the medium, providing self-cleaning and preventing impurities from being trapped in the seal.

XIII. 3. Closing state: After the medium in the pipeline is discharged, the valve closes. The medium enters the valve seat channel through the sleeve bevel, increasing flow resistance and velocity. The bevel changes the flow direction, creating vortices and increasing radial force on the valve seat end face, achieving blowdown during valve seat unsealing.

XIV. When the valve disc seal approaches the valve seat, the clearance between the sleeve and valve seat channel prevents larger particles from flowing into the seal. Combined with increased velocity and lateral force blowdown, impurities are completely cleaned from the seal during closing, ensuring sealing performance after blowdown and further guaranteeing zero leakage.
