The Meriam MPG2000BBL series digital pressure gauge successfully addresses the need for operational pressure measurement in hazardous areas in modern society.

Standard features include min/max capture, resetting the reference range on the gauge, selectable engineering units, password protection, adjustable display off time, field calibration, and a rugged all-metal housing.

Typical applications include instrumentation and industrial process control, hydraulic systems, pneumatics, industrial gases, and OEM applications.



Range and Resolution:

Units can be changed to any listed sensor range with fixed resolution.

Accuracy (including linearity, hysteresis, repeatability) Standard: ±0.25% of full scale, ±1 LSD for HA option, ±0.1% of FS, ±1 LSD (refer to table for validity)

Display:

Fixed update rate of 3 readings per second

4-digit LCD, 0.5-inch height, and 5-character 0.25-inch red digital LED backlight

Battery:

Two 1.5 V AAA Panasonic LR03 alkaline batteries. Actual usage time approximately 150-1000 hours depending on backlight usage, with low battery indicator displayed

Controls and Functions:

Center button to turn the gauge on or off, hold to zero the reference model, activate backlight for 1 minute. If low light is detected, toggle between min/max lighting functions.

▲ (Unit) button to increase settings and select working units

▼ (Time) button to decrease settings, select auto-off time, internal lock switch: prohibits settings and calibration.

Auto-off:

Default, 5 minutes; optional 1 minute to 8 hours, default on/off.

Min/Max Memory:

Min/max storage can be configured by the user to enable or disable, save or clear when power is off

Password Protection Standard:

Non-interactive zero, span, and linearity, ±10% of span

Overpressure, burst, vacuum

Sensors from 3 psi to 2000 psi, 2 times the pressure range

For 3000 psig sensors, use 5000 psig range

For 5000 psig sensors, use 7500 psig range
