The DPI610E Handheld Pressure Calibrator is the latest sixth-generation product of the DPI600 series.

The DPI610E combines effortless pressure measurement and generation, signal measurement and loop power, with significantly improved pump functionality and a powerful touch and button user interface.

Designed to be rugged and built specifically for instrument technicians with input from field personnel, it is the ideal solution for testing and calibration applications.

The DPI610E retains the iconic handle, ease of use, and robust, reliable design of its predecessors but introduces exciting new features including an internal barometer and a barometer port for easy calibration. Additionally, the DPI610E includes an enhanced battery that provides over 60 hours of continuous use on just a 2-hour charge.

Pressure Connections

The DPI610E offers tool-free quick connections with finger-tight fittings for pressures up to 1000 bar. Each unit comes standard with G1/8 internal thread and 1/8 NPT internal thread adapters.

The DPI610E pressure generation system features an innovative design using carefully selected components for easier and more efficient pressure generation and precise control.

With improved pressure generation capabilities, the DPI610E delivers higher pressures and greater throughput, leading the market with pneumatic pressure ranging from 95% vacuum to 35 bar/500 psi/3.5 MPa. A simple selector allows switching from vacuum to pressure, and the desired pressure can be achieved with just a few pumps. Fine-tuning is possible via the built-in volume regulator, and pressure calibration point descent is achieved through a precision-controlled exhaust valve.
