Building on over 30 years of experience in pressure measurement and calibration, along with a strong foundation of technical expertise, the DPI 611 offers enhanced convenience and reliability for pressure calibration. Its technical specifications have doubled in performance, while the product size has been reduced by approximately half.



Product Details

The DPI 611 is the fourth-generation product in the DPI 600 family. Since Druck introduced the DPI 600 series in 1984, it has been a leader in integrated pressure calibrators. By combining pressure generation and signal measurement functions into a single instrument, the DPI 600 has set the standard for industrial pressure calibration and has become a hallmark of Druck in many fields.
Leveraging over 30 years of experience in pressure measurement and calibration and a robust technical foundation, the DPI 611 provides superior convenience and reliability for pressure calibration. Its technical performance has doubled, while the physical size has been reduced by about half.

Performance

The DPI 611 pressure system’s innovative high-efficiency pressure generation and precise pressure regulation are achieved through strict material selection and superior tolerance matching. Carefully chosen housing materials and precision molding ensure that the DPI 611 is highly durable and suitable for all-weather use. New analog and digital microelectronic technologies enable high-precision electrical measurements and a uniquely simple pressure interface.



Pressure Generation

The DPI 611 can generate gas pressure from 95% vacuum up to 2 MPa. Switching between vacuum and pressure is achieved with a simple toggle valve. The desired pressure can be reached with just a few pumps using the instrument’s built-in air pump. Fine adjustment is accomplished via a built-in precision volume control valve. The return stroke is managed by a precision pressure relief valve.

1. A redesigned mechanical structure significantly enhances overall performance, allowing the generation of 2 MPa pressure with one hand.
2. Faster pressurization: reaching 2 MPa takes only about 30 seconds, even with a 1-meter connecting hose.
3. Ergonomically designed hand strap can be attached to either the left or right side, facilitating one-handed operation and preventing slippage when placed on a surface.
4. A thoroughly validated mechanical design ensures extremely high reliability and simplicity of operation.



Pressure Accuracy

Druck’s advanced silicon sensor technology and new digital compensation techniques have improved the pressure measurement accuracy of the DPI 611 from 0.025% FS (DPI 610/615) to 0.0185% FS.
Considering long-term stability and temperature effects, the overall accuracy of the DPI 611 is approximately twice that of the DPI 610, ensuring greater accuracy and reliability throughout the calibration cycle.



Electrical Signal Functions

The DPI 611 retains all the electrical measurement and output functions of the DPI 610 series while significantly improving measurement accuracy and simplifying electrical connections.

The mA measurement accuracy of the DPI 611 includes one-year stability, temperature effects, and calibration standard uncertainty, making it approximately three times more accurate than the DPI 610 series. Electrical connections are simplified with four 4mm sockets.



Truly Handheld Operation

The DPI 611 is a truly handheld pressure calibrator, with a size only half that of the DPI 610 and 33% lighter weight.

1. The dashboard-style interface allows for quick function selection without navigating complex menus or buttons—simply tap the corresponding app icon.
2. The task menu provides options for commonly used configurations. Switching between tasks requires just three simple screen swipes from the current display.
3. The favorites menu allows for quick selection of daily-use or customized tasks.
4. The DPI 611 touchscreen displays only essential function keys, resulting in a clean and simple interface. Compared to traditional keyboard-based instruments, it eliminates complex menu options and simplifies operation.
5. Wiring diagrams for electrical functions can be viewed directly on the screen.



Quick Pressure Connection
Ensuring a leak-free pressure connection in the field can often be challenging. The DPI 611 features a quick-connect pressure interface, offering many advantages over traditional pressure connections:
1. All adapters, pressure hoses, and accessories—including moisture/dirt isolators—can be connected quickly and easily without additional seals or tools, ensuring reliable sealing.
2. Damaged adapters can be replaced easily, minimizing downtime.
3. Pressure connection sealing is often time-consuming and can take longer than the calibration process itself. The DPI 611 system, extensively validated, significantly reduces connection time.

Automated Calibration Procedures

Calibration procedures generated by calibration management software can be downloaded directly to the DPI 611. These procedures are displayed as work orders on the DPI 611, each corresponding to a specific device under test. The calibration process runs automatically; all you need to do is generate pressure. Results are saved directly on the DPI 611 and can be uploaded to a computer.
Using the DPI 611’s automated calibration procedures can drastically reduce calibration time—from a typical 40 minutes to about 10 minutes, including setup time. Even more time is saved when considering processing and reporting, as these tasks can be handled by software.

Pass/Fail Analysis
The error analysis function calculates the error of the device under test and determines whether it passes or fails. Errors are displayed in real time, facilitating easier zero and span adjustments.



Multi-Channel Recording Function
The DPI 611 can simultaneously record up to four channels. Data can be collected by tapping the capture button on the screen or at timed intervals. Captured data can be displayed on the screen or transferred to a computer for further processing.
