The OM10 micro-ohmmeter is used for four-wire impedance measurements, from low values (resolution 10 μΩ) up to 50 KΩ, with exceptional accuracy. It includes thermal EMF compensation and temperature compensation. It can also measure DC and AC voltage and ambient temperature.

Measurement Current
User can choose between two current waveforms:
- Continuous (DC) for inductive impedance measurement (constant current)
- Pulsed, in other cases: current stops between measurements (advantage: low heating of test impedance and low consumption)

In pulsed: 1 s.
Protection
1. Electronic protection up to 250V on inputs (430V for voltage measurement)
2. Electronic protection against current interruption when measuring an inductive impedance.
Calibration
No need to open the instrument for calibration; simply connect a standard resistor and enter its value via the keyboard.

With temperature compensation, OM10 displays the theoretical resistance value of copper or aluminum at 20°C (other metals on request). Ambient temperature is measured with a built-in sensor in the instrument and displayed.
