The Gill WindSonic 75 is a low-cost, high-speed anemometer that utilizes Gill's proven ultrasonic technology to provide wind speed and direction via one serial or two analog outputs. To confirm correct operation, outputs are transmitted alongside instrument status codes.

WindSonic complies with WMO gust measurement standards.

This compact and lightweight wind sensor features a robust, non-corrosive polycarbonate housing, recommended for use in harsh environmental conditions, particularly for marine and offshore (vessels, buoys) and land-based installations. The WindSonic anemometer has no moving parts, offering maintenance-free operation across a wide range of applications.

Output protocol options for WindSonic include RS232, RS422, RS485, SDI-12, NMEA, 0-5V, or 0-20mA.

All WindSonic models feature an environmental protection rating of IP66.
