Applications

The DPI 740 is a battery-powered, portable, high-precision barometric pressure indicator. It is a handheld tool with outstanding performance. The core sensor technology used in this instrument is the Druck silicon resonant pressure sensor (RPT). This resonant pressure sensor not only provides high accuracy of ±0.004 inHg (±0.15 mbar), but equally important, it also offers calibration stability better than 100 ppm/year. The DPI 740 is widely used in laboratories and remote field applications requiring precise barometric pressure reference.
