According to industrial requirements, Calys 150 integrates all essential functions for adjustment and maintenance processes.
As a high-performance calibrator, Calys 150 features ergonomic design, built-in software, and ease of use.
IP54 rated, drop-resistant housing, built-in "easy-connect" terminals, backlit display, suitable for operation under any conditions.
Rubber keypad resists dust and grease contamination and can be operated even with gloves. Stores 10 work configurations, supporting multiple operators in finding suitable setups for repetitive tasks.



Introduction to CALYS 150 Multifunction Calibrator:
Calys 150 is a portable calibrator capable of dual-channel simultaneous measurement and simulation with backlit, high-contrast display.
Housing protection, Lexan keypad resists dust contamination, and the numeric keypad area can be operated even with gloves.
Can measure and simulate voltage, current, frequency, resistance signals, resistance probes, and thermocouples.
Optional external pressure module for pressure measurement (simulation requires an additional pressure pump).
Capable of storing and transferring data to a PC for analysis.
Calys 150 comes standard with a neck strap, desktop stand, rapid battery charger, and a set of measurement leads with alligator clips (6 pieces).


"Easy Connect" System
This unique system allows insertion via the top interface of the instrument for the following uses:
- 3mm diameter leads
- Compensating thermocouple connectors
- Terminal access via the front panel
Leads are tensioned by two brass plates providing thermal gradient, ensuring excellent cold junction compensation for thermocouples.
Calys 150 features 4mm interfaces and safety interfaces for connection to the front panel.



Display Results:

Calys 150 offers numerical selection: This function meets user needs to display or not display optimal calibration results and allows limiting to simple verification.


Functions:
Calys 150 can measure and simulate the following physical quantities:
- Voltage
- Current
- Resistance
- Temperature via resistance probes and thermocouples
- Frequency signals and dry contact frequency
Can perform process signal scaling and correct temperature probes.
Compatible with HART communication; insertion of 250Ω resistor does not interfere with digital transmission.


Display

Calys 150's dual display function shows measured values, simulated values, gauges, and measurement and simulation functions.
Top display shows date, time, and external temperature.
During measurement, the left side displays average, maximum, minimum values, and measurement count. During simulation, this area displays simulation ramp, step, and constant values.
Dropdown menus and online help facilitate easier connection to probes and leads.
