Introduction to ZY5068 Handheld Digital Level Oscillator
The ZY5018 handheld digital selective level meter and the ZY5068 handheld digital level oscillator form a set of portable field test instruments. They are not only suitable for testing baseband characteristics in communication systems but also for the commissioning, activation, and maintenance testing of power line carrier communication equipment and high-frequency channels for power protection, as well as for related teaching and experiments in colleges and universities. The instruments adopt ARM micro-power consumption, high-performance microprocessor chip technology, a 3.5-inch color LCD display, a full Chinese menu interface, digital keyboard operation, built-in rechargeable lithium batteries, and AC/DC power supply. This makes the instruments compact, lightweight, powerful, stable in performance, clear in display, and very easy to operate. Measurement data is automatically stored and can be queried on the device or downloaded via a USB port to a USB flash drive for transfer to a PC for processing or report printing. The instruments feature automatic level calibration, automatic range switching, AFC frequency automatic tracking, fast automatic search, near-end synchronous measurement, remote dual-machine automatic testing, impedance measurement, noise measurement, and other functions.
Features of ZY5068 Handheld Digital Level Oscillator
Transmission level: -77.9dB to +20dB, with excellent frequency response and level stability, and extremely high output purity, making it an ideal high-quality signal source. The output port is equipped with an automatic protection circuit to prevent damage from strong signal injection, making it particularly suitable for testing high-frequency transceivers in relay protection.
Operating frequency measurement range: 200Hz to 1700kHz, covering all frequency bands from voice channels to 300-channel group channels, with a resolution of 1Hz and frequency accuracy of ±1×10⁻⁶ ±1Hz. Frequency adjustment is fully digitalized for easy operation. Frequency increment adjustment is user-selectable, with a minimum step of 1Hz.
Automatic level calibration: Calibrates the 0dB level for different measurement bandwidths at any time.
Level measurement range: -90dB to +50dB, with a resolution of 0.01dB.
Automatic unit switching: Three measurement units (dB/dBm/mV) are automatically switched by pressing the unit key, directly displaying test results without calculation.
AFC function: Can track the measured signal across the entire frequency band for extended periods.
Fast automatic search: Automatically finds unknown signals and quickly and accurately measures their level and frequency.
Selective measurement: Features two bandwidths, 25Hz and 1.74kHz, with excellent selectivity and low inherent distortion, allowing the level meter to be used not only for level and noise measurement but also for waveform analysis.
Near-end synchronous measurement and remote dual-machine automatic testing: Automatically measures high-frequency parameters such as level, attenuation, amplitude-frequency characteristics, weighted noise, and line impedance of carrier channels and high-frequency protection channels.
Impedance measurement: Measures line impedance of carrier channels, directly reading impedance modulus values from 20Ω to 1200Ω, with a display resolution of 0.1Ω.
Noise measurement: Offers two modes, point frequency and automatic (sweep) measurement, with results directly read and automatically stored.
Additionally, due to the level meter's high-level input capability of up to +50dB, it is suitable for matching measurements with various communication equipment using different input and output impedances. The high-level measurement input impedance is approximately 30kΩ, making it suitable for bridging measurements.
