I. Product Description
The grounding引出装置 (grounding引出装置) is primarily used in grounding projects for rail transit systems (such as subways, high-speed rail, urban rail, etc.). In subway and high-speed rail grounding systems, the grounding grid is located beneath the structural floor slab and cushion layer. Therefore, when grounding electrical equipment on subway platforms, it is necessary to connect to the grounding grid via grounding引出线 (grounding引出线) to achieve reliable grounding. In the past, grounding引下线 (grounding引下线) were typically directly引出 from the structural floor slab or through PVC pipes. However, this method often fails to meet the protection requirements against fault currents (stray currents), and groundwater can easily seep out from the grounding引出线, failing to meet subway grounding design standards. The integrated grounding引出装置 can effectively prevent water seepage when connecting subway platform power equipment grounding, signal equipment grounding, and lightning protection grounding to the comprehensive grounding grid, and it also meets the stray current protection requirements well.
II. Product Composition
The grounding引出装置 consists of a protective tube,引出母线 (引出母线) passing through the inside of the protective tube, insulating filler material填充于 (filled in) the hollow part of the protective tube, and also includes a water-stop ring密封焊接 (seamlessly welded) on the outer wall of the metal protective tube. The protective tube is made of stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized steel material. The grounding引出线 uses T2 copper bars. The hollow part of the protective tube is filled with insulating material, which can effectively prevent groundwater seepage when connecting subway platform power equipment grounding, signal equipment grounding, and lightning protection grounding to the comprehensive grounding grid, and it also meets the fault current (stray current) protection requirements well.

IV. Product Precautions
1. The outer surface of the grounding引出装置 protective tube should be coated with anti-rust paint.
2. The grounding引出装置 protective tube should extend 100mm above the civil structure surface, and the reserved length of the grounding引出线 should be no less than 400mm above the protective tube opening.
3. The grounding引出装置 protective tube should pass through the center of the structural floor slab reinforcement mesh opening (the protective tube should not contact the structural reinforcement). The space between the grounding引出线 and the protective tube should be filled with insulating filler material to ensure insulation between the grounding引出线 and the structural reinforcement.
4. The location where the grounding引出线 is引出 (brought out) (引出 from the station structural floor slab) should be near the cable well in the platform slab lower interlayer or in the cable interlayer below the strong/weak electrical equipment rooms on the platform level, avoiding rail bottom air ducts, structural walls, tracks, etc. The location of the引出点 (引出 point) must be confirmed by relevant professionals.
5. During construction, strengthen the protection of the grounding引出装置 to prevent mechanical damage and chemical corrosion.
6. The connection between the grounding引出线 and the grounding grid should use exothermic welding (exothermic welding) method.
