Silane Coupling Agent KH-602

Applications and Effects:

1. Silane coupling agent KH-602 can be used as a raw material for amino silicone oil and various silicone-based softening agents. It undergoes condensation polymerization with silicone monomers such as D4 and DMC to synthesize amino silicone oil, improving the orientation of silicone (molecules) on fibers, enhancing affinity to fibers, and imparting effects such as softness, smoothness, drapability, antistatic properties, wash resistance, and wrinkle resistance.

2. This product is used as an additive or formulated into a primer for coatings, inks, adhesives, and sealants such as phenolic, urea-formaldehyde, furan, polyurethane, silicone, epoxy, nitrile, phenolic, and acrylic types. It improves the adhesion, durability, weather resistance, boil resistance, and scrub resistance of resin coatings, extends service life, and enhances the dispersion and bonding of pigments and fillers in the resin phase.

3. Silane coupling agent KH-602 can be used in resin sand casting and resin abrasive tools to improve the bonding strength and water resistance between the resin and silica sand or abrasives.

Packaging:

20 kg carton containing four 5 kg plastic buckets; or 25 kg plastic buckets, 210-liter standard steel drums, and IBC ton containers.

Storage Conditions and Shelf Life:

Store indoors away from light, in a well-ventilated, cool, and dry environment. Ensure the container lid is tightly sealed to effectively isolate air, as moisture in the air can react with the product, leading to hydrolysis, polymerization, and deterioration. The shelf life of the product in its original packaging is one year. Expired products may be used only after passing quality inspection.
