Installation Example:
Install one or two ZDQ type electromagnetic bin wall vibrators at the lower constriction of the powder silo. Other installation forms are also possible.
Usage Instructions:
1. Connect the coil winding leads of the ZDQ type electromagnetic bin wall vibrator in series with the diode provided (current above 3A) and connect to a 220V AC power supply to operate.
2. When using the ZDQ type electromagnetic bin wall vibrator as a material flow device for a powder silo, the silo gate must be opened before operation; otherwise, the powder inside may become compacted.
3. If amplitude and frequency adjustment is needed, it can be done using the C1-S1-D type electromagnetic vibration controller.
