Performance Features:

The main equipment of Yuanshenghong electronic adhesive machinery is the high-speed disperser. The high-speed disperser is an efficient mixing device that integrates dispersion, stirring, and mixing without dead spots. It features three motors and three different types of agitators inside the kettle. One agitator rotates around the kettle's axis, while the other two agitators rotate at high speeds around their own axes at different rates, creating complex motion within the kettle and subjecting the materials to intense shearing and kneading. The kettle is equipped with a mountain-shaped scraper that rotates around the kettle's axis, scraping off raw materials adhering to the walls and bottom for optimal results. The kettle employs a special sealing structure that allows vacuum extraction, ensuring excellent degassing and bubble removal. The jacket of the cylinder can be heated or cooled according to user requirements. The discharge method is pressure-based, and the cylinder cover can be hydraulically lifted while the cylinder itself can be freely moved, making operation very simple.

Usage Instructions:

First, conduct tests using a 5L experimental machine, monitoring the quality of raw materials and test adhesive with detection instruments during the process.
