Basic Introduction:

Performance Features:

The main unit of Yuanshenghong silicone sealant equipment is the high-speed disperser. The high-speed disperser is an efficient mixing device that integrates dispersion, stirring, and mixing without dead spots. It has three motors and three different types of agitators inside the kettle. One agitator rotates around the kettle's axis, while the other two agitators rotate at high speeds around their own axes at different rates, causing the material to undergo complex motion inside the kettle with intense shearing and kneading. The kettle is equipped with a mountain-shaped scraper that rotates around the kettle's axis, scraping off material adhering to the walls and bottom for optimal results. The kettle features a special sealing structure that allows vacuuming, ensuring excellent degassing and bubble removal. The kettle jacket can be heated or cooled as per user requirements. The discharging method is pressure-based, with a hydraulically liftable lid and a freely movable kettle body, making operation very simple.

Usage Instructions:
