Performance Features:

The main unit of Yuanshenghong silicone sealant equipment is the high-speed disperser. The high-speed disperser is an efficient mixing device that integrates dispersion, stirring, and mixing without dead spots. It is equipped with three motors and three different types of agitators inside the kettle. One agitator rotates around the kettle’s axis, while the other two rotate at different speeds around their own axes, creating complex movement of the material inside the kettle, resulting in strong shearing and kneading. The kettle is equipped with a mountain-shaped scraper that rotates around the kettle’s axis, scraping off raw materials adhering to the walls and bottom, ensuring optimal mixing. The kettle adopts a special sealing structure that allows vacuum extraction, providing excellent degassing and bubble-removing effects. The kettle jacket can be heated or cooled according to user requirements. The discharging method is pressure-based, and the kettle lid can be hydraulically lifted while the kettle body can be freely moved, making operation very simple.
