Performance Features:

The main equipment of Yuanshenghong electronic adhesive machinery is the high-speed disperser. The high-speed disperser is an efficient mixing device that integrates dispersion, stirring, and mixing without dead spots. It features three motors and three different types of agitators inside the kettle. One agitator rotates around the kettle's axis, while the other two agitators rotate at high speeds around their own axes at different rates, creating complex motion within the kettle and subjecting the materials to intense shearing and kneading. The kettle is equipped with a mountain-shaped scraper that rotates around the kettle's axis, scraping off materials adhering to the walls and bottom for optimal results. The kettle adopts a special sealing structure, allowing vacuum extraction for effective degassing and bubble removal. The jacket of the kettle can be heated or cooled according to user requirements. The discharge method is pressure-based, and the kettle cover can be hydraulically lifted while the kettle body is freely movable, making operation very simple.
