Product Description:

A planetary mixer is a highly efficient mixing device that integrates stirring and blending with no dead spots.
The planetary mixer is equipped with one motor, and inside the kettle, there are two or three multi-layer paddle-type agitators and one or two automatic scrapers. The agitators revolve around the axis of the kettle while simultaneously rotating around their own axes at different speeds, causing the material to undergo complex motion within the kettle, resulting in intense shearing and kneading.
The kettle is fitted with bottom and wall scrapers that rotate around the kettle's axis, scraping off material adhering to the walls and incorporating it into the mix for optimal results. The kettle features a special sealing structure that allows vacuum operation, providing excellent degassing and defoaming effects. The jacket of the cylinder can be heated or cooled according to user requirements. The discharge method is pressure-based, and the cylinder cover can be hydraulically lifted while the cylinder itself is freely movable, making operation very simple.
Performance Features
1. Vacuum resistance: Enables operation under vacuum conditions;
2. The kettle can be heated electrically, by steam, or via water/oil circulation. A unique temperature detection device on the drive shaft ensures material temperature accuracy within ±1°C. The jacket allows for both cooling and heating;
3. The inner wall of the kettle is precision-machined with a large vertical lathe and then automatically polished by a large polishing machine, ensuring that the movable scraper on the planetary frame (suitable for sealants) completely scrapes off material from the kettle’s inner wall during rotation;
4. The anchor + paddle-type agitator (multi-blade, with 3-4mm clearance between paddles and between paddles and the wall) inside the kettle rotates both around the axis and on its own, causing the material to flow in all directions, achieving mixing (kneading) effects in a very short time.
5. Both the revolution and rotation of the agitator are frequency-controlled (using frequency conversion motors), allowing selection of different speeds based on process requirements and material viscosity. The speed measurement system directly displays the current speed of each agitator.
