Performance Features:

The main unit of Yuanshenghong silicone sealant equipment is the high-speed disperser. The high-speed disperser is an efficient mixing device that integrates dispersion, stirring, and mixing without dead spots. It has three motors and three different types of agitators inside the kettle. One agitator rotates around the kettle axis, while the other two agitators rotate at different speeds around their own axes, creating complex motion of the materials inside the kettle, subjecting them to intense shearing and kneading. The kettle is equipped with a mountain-shaped scraper that rotates around the kettle axis, scraping off materials adhering to the walls and bottom for optimal results.
