Basic Introduction:

Performance Features:

The main unit of Yuanshenghong structural adhesive equipment is the high-speed disperser. The high-speed disperser is an efficient mixing device that integrates dispersion, stirring, and mixing without dead spots. It features three motors and three different types of agitators inside the kettle. One agitator rotates around the kettle's axis, while the other two rotate at different speeds around their own axes, creating complex motion of the material inside the kettle, resulting in intense shearing and kneading. The kettle is equipped with a mountain-shaped scraper that rotates around the kettle's axis, scraping off raw materials adhering to the walls and bottom, ensuring optimal results. The kettle adopts a special sealing structure, allowing vacuum extraction for excellent degassing and bubble removal. The jacket of the kettle can be heated or cooled according to user needs. The discharging method is pressure-based, and the kettle cover can be hydraulically lifted while the kettle body can be freely moved, making operation very simple.
