Performance Features:

The main machine of Yuanshenghong silicone sealant/MS sealant equipment is the high-speed disperser. The high-speed disperser is an efficient mixing device that integrates dispersion, stirring, and mixing without dead spots. It has three motors and three different types of agitators inside the kettle. One agitator rotates around the kettle's axis, while the other two agitators rotate at high speeds around their own axes at different rates, causing the material to undergo complex motion inside the kettle with intense shearing and kneading. The kettle is equipped with a mountain-shaped scraper that rotates around the kettle's axis, scraping off raw materials stuck to the walls and bottom for more effective mixing. The kettle adopts a special sealing structure that allows vacuum extraction, providing excellent degassing and bubble removal effects. The jacket of the kettle can be heated or cooled according to user needs. The discharging method is pressure-based, the kettle cover can be hydraulically lifted, and the kettle body can be moved freely, making operation very simple.
