Basic Introduction:

Performance Features:

The main machine of Yuanshenghong structural adhesive equipment is the high-speed disperser. The high-speed disperser is an efficient mixing equipment that integrates dispersion, stirring, and mixing without dead spots. It has three motors and three different types of agitators inside the kettle. One agitator rotates around the kettle axis, while the other two agitators rotate at high speeds around their own axes at different speeds, causing the material to undergo complex motion inside the kettle, resulting in intense shearing and kneading. The kettle is equipped with a mountain-shaped scraper that rotates around the kettle axis, scraping off raw materials adhering to the walls and bottom, ensuring optimal results. The kettle adopts a special sealing structure, allowing vacuum extraction with excellent degassing and bubble removal effects. The jacket of the cylinder can be heated or cooled as per user requirements. The discharging method is pressure-based, and the cylinder cover can be hydraulically lifted while the cylinder can move freely, making operation very simple.
