Performance Features:

The main equipment of Yuanshenghong silicone sealant production line is the high-speed dispersion machine. This machine is a highly efficient mixing equipment that integrates dispersion, stirring, and mixing without dead spots. It features three motors and three different types of agitators inside the kettle. One agitator rotates around the kettle's axis, while the other two rotate at high speeds around their own axes, creating complex movement of materials inside the kettle, resulting in strong shearing and kneading. The kettle is equipped with a mountain-shaped scraper that rotates around the kettle's axis, scraping off materials adhering to the walls and bottom for optimal results. The kettle adopts a special sealing structure, allowing vacuum extraction for effective deaeration and bubble removal. The jacket of the kettle can be heated or cooled as required by the user. The discharging method is pressure-based, and the kettle lid can be hydraulically lifted while the kettle body can be freely moved, making operation very simple.
